By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Stump, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

Stump and all associated content, including but not limited to:

  • Other creative materials

are owned by or licensed to the developer of Stump and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. User Accounts

Some versions of Stump may require or support accounts provided by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

  • Saved progress will never be lost.

  • Online services will always remain operational.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Stump.
